Method
- Add the chicken strips to a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, milk, and buffalo sauce.
- Mix everything well until the chicken is fully coated. Cover and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- After marinating, add 2–3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour directly into the chicken mixture.
- Mix well until the marinade becomes slightly thick and coats the chicken pieces nicely. This helps the dry flour stick better and gives the chicken a crispy coating.
- Add extra all-purpose flour to a separate plate or bowl.
- Take one chicken strip at a time and coat it well in the dry flour. Press gently so the flour sticks to the chicken. Shake off any extra flour and place the coated pieces on a plate.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the chicken pieces. Do not overcrowd the pan. Fry in batches if needed.
- Cook until the chicken is golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked from inside. This usually takes about 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the strips.
- Remove and place on a paper towel to drain extra oil.
Toast and Assemble
- Lightly toast the burger buns for extra flavor.
- Spread your favorite sauce on the buns. Add lettuce, crispy chicken strips, cheese if using, and any toppings you like. Add more sauce on top and close the burger.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
- For more spice, add a little extra buffalo sauce or chilli powder.
- For extra crispy chicken, let the coated chicken rest for 5 minutes before frying.
- For a milder burger, use mayo, ranch, or garlic sauce with the chicken.
- For a complete meal, serve with fries, coleslaw, or potato wedges.
