A moist, cozy carrot cake-style bake with warm cinnamon, walnuts, dried fruits, and a creamy cream cheese frosting. Grated red beets add color, moisture, and earthy sweetness, while prunes and raisins make every bite soft and naturally fruity. Finished with walnuts on top, it’s a lovely homemade cake for family gatherings, birthdays, tea time, or any sweet weekend treat.
