A fresh, crunchy Caesar-inspired salad with buttery air-fryer croutons, crisp lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cashews, Parmesan, avocado, and a tangy Thousand Island lemon dressing. It’s simple, colorful, and great for a light lunch or easy side dish, with the air-fried bread adding that warm homemade crunch without needing an oven.
