Method
- In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until browned.
- Pour in the 2 cups of heavy cream and let it gently warm up.
- Add 2 cups of Parmesan cheese and stir well to combine.
- Sprinkle in salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to your liking.
- Lower the heat to low–medium and stir continuously for about 10 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt slowly and the sauce to thicken.
- Toss in your cooked pasta and mix until everything is coated in that creamy sauce.

Extra Tips:
- Add a little extra Parmesan if you love it extra cheesy.
- Stir in about 1/3 cup of pasta water to loosen the sauce and make it silky smooth.
