Method
- Mix the minced meat, Holland onions, breadcrumbs, black pepper, and salt. Roll into balls and flatten.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C until the heater light turns off. Allow 3 minutes.
- Brush olive oil inside the Air Fryer basket.
- Add the meat. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove.
- Cut the burger buns in half. Cook in the Air Fryer at 140°C for 2 minutes.
- Assemble the burger with lettuce, the patty, black pepper sauce, mayonnaise, tomato, and cheddar cheese slices.
- The Burger is now ready to be served.
