Ingredients
INGREDIENTS A
½ cup creamed corn
½ cup caster sugar
½ cup corn oil
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla essence
INGREDIENTS B (SIFTED TWICE)
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp fine salt
Muffin cups as needed


Place all Ingredients A in a bowl and mix well.
Add the sifted Ingredients B to the bowl. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
Pour the batter into muffin cups.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 150°C until the heater light turns off. Allow 3 minutes.
Place the muffin cups in the Air Fryer and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove and serve.
