INGREDIENTS A

  • ½ cup creamed corn
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • ½ cup corn oil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence

INGREDIENTS B (SIFTED TWICE)

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp fine salt
  • Muffin cups as needed

Directions

  1. Place all Ingredients A in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the sifted Ingredients B to the bowl. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
  3. Pour the batter into muffin cups.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer to 150°C until the heater light turns off. Allow 3 minutes.
  5. Place the muffin cups in the Air Fryer and [cooked-timer minutes="30"]bake for 30 minutes[/cooked-timer].
  6. Remove and serve.
