Make the batter base

- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix until smooth.
Whip the egg whites
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold gently
- Carefully fold the whipped egg whites into the batter to keep it light and airy.
Cook the waffles
- Preheat waffle maker for at least 10 minutes.
- Lightly grease with margarine.
- Pour in batter and wait 25 seconds before closing the lid.
- Cook for 6 minutes until golden and crispy.
