Method
- Whip the non-dairy whipping cream until thick and fluffy. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula.
- Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the chilled coffee. Do not soak them too long, or they will get soggy. Arrange them in a baking dish.
- Spread the cream mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth the top.
- Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. The longer it chills, the better.
