Made with layers of fluffy cream filling and delicate coffee-dipped ladyfingers, this tiramisu is a delicious make-ahead dessert. Every bite is smooth, lightly sweet, and beautifully balanced.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 200 g non-dairy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies savoiardi cookies
  • 1 cup coffee
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Method
 

  1. Whip the non-dairy whipping cream until thick and fluffy. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula.
  4. Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the chilled coffee. Do not soak them too long, or they will get soggy. Arrange them in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the cream mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth the top.
  6. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. The longer it chills, the better.
