Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles are bright, fruity, and refreshing with a sweet-tart flavor that tastes perfect on a warm day. Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup cold water as needed

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 measuring spoon set
  • 1 citrus juicer
  • 1 popsicle mold set
  • 6 popsicle sticks
  • 1 spatula

Method

  1. Add the frozen strawberries, lemon juice, honey, and 1/2 cup water to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add a little more water if needed to help the mixture blend easily.
  3. Taste and add more honey or lemon juice if you want it sweeter or tangier.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 5 hours, or until solid.
  6. To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

Add just enough water to almost cover the strawberries before blending. Using too much water can make the popsicles taste lighter and more icy.
