Ingredients
  

Ingredients A
  • 1 cup corn oil
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tsp ovalette
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
Ingredients B
  • 2 cup self-rising flour sifted
  • A little red food coloring
  • A little yellow food coloring
  • A little green food coloring

Method
 

  1. Put all Ingredients A into a bowl and beat until smooth.
  2. Add the self-rising flour and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  3. Divide the batter into 3 separate bowls.
  4. Add a different color to each bowl and mix well.
  5. Spoon one of the colored mixtures into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spoon another color on top of the first mixture.
  7.  Add another different color and repeat layering until all mixtures are used.
  8. Place a clean kitchen towel in the pot. Add the rack and water to the pot.
  9. Place the baking pan on the rack inside the pot and cover the pot.
  10. Turn the knob to 'STEAM'. Press 'STEAM' for 30 minutes, then press 'ON'.
  11. When the pot beeps, release the 'PRESSURE'. If there is no beeping sound, press 'OFF' and slowly open the pot lid. Cool the cake before serving.
