Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp pine nuts
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash the basil and spinach well.
  2. Add the pine nuts, garlic, basil, spinach, lemon juice, chili flakes, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper into a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend everything until you get a smooth sauce. If needed, add a little more olive oil to loosen the texture.
  4. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
