Method
- Wash the basil and spinach well.
- Add the pine nuts, garlic, basil, spinach, lemon juice, chili flakes, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper into a blender or food processor.
- Blend everything until you get a smooth sauce. If needed, add a little more olive oil to loosen the texture.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
