Method
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into a pot and mix well again.
- Cover the pot and turn the knob to 'PRESSURE'. Press 'HIGH PRESSURE' for 15 minutes and 'ON'.
- When the pot beeps, turn the knob to Steam and release the pressure. If there is no hissing sound, press 'OFF' and slowly open the pot lid.
- Press 'Stir Fry' and 'ON'. Stir for about 5 minutes until thick.
- Press 'OFF' and pour into a baking pan or small container.
- Cool and ready to serve. The Dodol is ready to eat.
