Place the black glutinous rice, white glutinous rice, water, and pandan leaves in a pot.
Cover the pot and turn the knob to 'PRESSURE'. Press 'HIGH PRESSURE' for 30 minutes[/cooked-timer] and 'ON'.
When the pot beeps, turn the knob to 'STEAM' and release the pressure. When there is no longer any hissing, press 'OFF' and slowly open the pot lid.
Press 'STIR FRY', then press 'ON'. Add granulated sugar, liquid milk, and salt.
Stir until it boils for about 4 minutes. Press 'OFF'.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Now the Black Glutinous Rice Porridge is ready to be served.
