Shrimp Salad

 10 medium-sized shrimp (400 grams)
 1 tsp black pepper
 Salt to taste
 1 tsp olive oil
 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
 1 holland onion, sliced
 1 capsicum, sliced
 1 red chili, sliced
 5 kaffir limes, juiced

Peel and clean the shrimp.

Mix the shrimp with black pepper and salt. Brush with olive oil.

Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C until the heater light turns off. Allow 3 minutes.

Place the shrimp in the Air Fryer. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove.

Place the shrimp, tomato, onion, bell pepper, and red chili in a bowl.

Pour in the lime juice and a little salt. Mix well.

Now the Shrimp Salad is ready to be served.
