Sesame Oil Chicken

 ½ chicken, cut into pieces
 3 tbsp sesame oil
 4 old ginger, finely sliced
 Sweet soy sauce

Heat the wok with sesame oil and add the ginger. Fry until fragrant.

Add the chicken and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Stir well.

Finally, add sweet soy sauce to taste and serve.

Note: Add a little water if the chicken is too dry
