
Mix the butter, garlic, and parsley together.
Spread the butter mixture on both sides of the bread and cut into small cubes.

Place the bread in the Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Remove.
Place the apples in the Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Remove.
Place the lettuce, tomato, bread, and gajus into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Mix the Thousand Island dressing and lemon juice.
The Salad Caesar is ready to be served.
