

Add cooking oil to the pot. Press Stir Fry and 'ON'.
Sauté the shallots and garlic until softened.
Add the ground chili paste and cook until the oil separates.
Add the water, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, and salt, then stir. Bring to a boil.
Add the squid and dried noodles. Stir again. Press 'OFF'.
Cover the pot and turn the knob to 'STEAM'. Press and hold Steam for 4 minutes, then press and hold 'ON'.
When the pot makes a "beep-beep" sound, release the pressure steam. When the whistling sound stops, press 'OFF' and slowly open the pot's lid.
Stir gently until the noodles are well combined.
Serve with sliced green onions and fried shallots.
