
Sift the whole wheat flour and baking powder into a large bowl.
Add the caster sugar and mixed fruit. Mix well.
Beat the egg and vanilla extract together.
Add the egg, corn oil, and fresh milk to Ingredient A, then mix well with a wooden spoon.
Pour the batter into the muffin cups.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 150°C until the heating light turns off. Allow 3 minutes.
Place the muffin cups filled with batter into the Air Fryer and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove and serve the Fruit Muffin.
