Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
5 ½ cups wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
2 eggs
½ cup corn oil
1 tsp vanilla essence


Peel and mash the bananas.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder and baking soda.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Pour the mixture into a small aluminum pan lightly greased with oil.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 150 °C for 3 minutes, until the heater light turns off.
Place the aluminum pan containing the mixture into the Air Fryer and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove and let cool. Now the Banana Cake is ready to be served.
