Dodol

 2 cups glutinous rice flour
 1 cup thick coconut milk
 1 cup water
 1 cup brown sugar
 1 cup granulated sugar

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into a pot and mix well again.

Cover the pot and turn the knob to 'PRESSURE'. Press 'HIGH PRESSURE' for 15 minutes and 'ON'.

When the pot beeps, turn the knob to Steam and release the pressure. If there is no hissing sound, press 'OFF' and slowly open the pot lid.

Press 'Stir Fry' and 'ON'. Stir for about 5 minutes until thick.

Press 'OFF' and pour into a baking pan or small container.

Cool and ready to serve. The Dodol is ready to eat.
