Chocolate Pancake

Ingredient A
 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour, sifted
 1 tsp baking powder, sifted
 2 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted
 3 tbsp caster sugar
 ¼ tsp salt
Ingredient B
 2 eggs
 2 cups fresh milk
 ½ tsp vanilla essence
 2 tbsp melted butter
Ingredients C
 ½ cup chocolate chips
 Chocolate sauce, optional

Combine Ingredients A.

In a separate bowl, whisk together Ingredients B.

Add to the flour mixture and stir until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Grease a skillet with a little oil. Pour ¼ cup of the batter and cook until the top is bubbly. Flip and cook the other side.

After finishing, you can serve the Chocolate Pancake with chocolate sauce.
