
Cut the meat into 5-inch x 1-inch pieces. Mix with turmeric powder and salt. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat the Air Fryer to 150°C until the heater light turns off. Allow 3 minutes.
Brush olive oil on the meat.
Place the meat in the Air Fryer and cook for 20 minutes.
Turn the meat over and cook for another 15 minutes.
Remove the meat and let it cool. Slice thinly.
Cut the kaffir lime leaves in half and slice finely. Set aside.
Put all the ingredients, including a bit of salt, in a bowl. Mix well and serve.
Now the Beef Salad is ready to eat.
