
Remove the squid's skin and slice it coarsely. Toss with black pepper and salt. Rub with olive oil.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C until the heating light turns off. Approximately 3 minutes.
Place the squid in the Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool.
Place the squid in a large bowl with all the ingredients listed under Ingredient B.
Add the sugar, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and serve.
The Squid Salad is ready to be served.
